Stockbridge designed and launched the Real Estate Enrichment Program (REEP) in 2021 with the goal of exposing minority high schoolers to the endless career opportunities in commercial real estate. The intent is for this exposure to influence and encourage attainment of higher education with a focus and long-term career selection in commercial real estate.

By partnering with REEP, you help us to provide students with broad exposure to the commercial real estate industry, give them access to real world work experience, bolster learning opportunities through workshops and classes, and unlock doors to higher education. Lead a Workshop

A hallmark of the program is exposing students to various aspects of commercial real estate through monthly workshops. Partner Firms are invited to lead a Saturday workshop on a specific real estate topic in their area of expertise. Topics are aligned with the selected case study.

Host an Internship

Students have the opportunity to intern with a commercial real estate firm for one week during school breaks. We do our best to assign internships based on student interests.

Give a Property Tour

Many of us chose to work in the commercial real estate field because real estate is a tangible asset class. We want our students to appreciate this fact by visiting properties. Do you own, manage, lease or have access to a commercial real estate project in the Atlanta area that students would be excited to learn more about and tour? If so, consider giving a property tour on one of the Saturday workshop dates.

Mentor a Student

The REEP mentoring model aims to support the development of critical life skills, encourages relationship-building and provides students with the tools they will need to navigate both college and their future careers. Each student has been matched with a Stockbridge mentor.
